Welcome to AILIORA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, dashboard and AI-powered messaging services. By signing up, logging in or using any part of the service you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
AILIORA is a software-as-a-service platform operated by Techviron ("we", "us", "our"). We provide AI-powered customer messaging and booking automation for beauty salons, parlours and grooming studios, integrated with WhatsApp Business and Instagram Messaging.
2. Eligibility & account
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information (salon details, contact info, payment instruments).
- One business may hold multiple accounts only with our written consent.
3. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use AILIORA to:
- Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or any content that violates the WhatsApp Business Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, or Meta Platform Terms.
- Send messages that are illegal, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or that infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
- Resell, sublicense or white-label the service without a written agreement.
- Use automated tools to scrape data or overload our infrastructure.
- Upload content containing viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and — where applicable — reporting to Meta.
4. Third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta)
Our service integrates with the WhatsApp Business API and the Instagram Messaging API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. You are solely responsible for complying with the policies of these platforms including, but not limited to:
We may disable features, delete data or terminate accounts at Meta's direction or to remain compliant with their policies.
5. Subscription, billing & free trial
- AILIORA is offered on a subscription basis with paid plans billed in advance. All prices are listed on our Pricing page in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated.
- Payments are processed through Razorpay. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis for the duration of the plan.
- We may offer a free tier or trial period. Features, limits and duration of free use are described on the Pricing page and may change at any time.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of the account after reasonable notice.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Your content & data
- You retain ownership of all data you or your customers submit through the platform (salon details, customer messages, bookings).
- You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit and display your content solely as needed to provide the service.
- You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from your customers before sending automated messages on their behalf.
- We handle all data in line with our Privacy Policy.
7. AI-generated content
The service uses large language models (including Groq-hosted Llama) to generate replies based on the salon information you provide. AI-generated content:
- May occasionally be incorrect, incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing and — where necessary — correcting replies.
- Is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, dermatological, legal, financial).
- Should not be used to make promises, guarantees or commitments that you cannot fulfil.
8. Service availability
We strive to keep the service available 24 × 7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance, unexpected outages, or outages caused by third parties (Meta, Groq, our hosting provider) may temporarily affect availability. No SLA is implied unless agreed in a separate written contract.
9. Intellectual property
All rights in AILIORA (software, branding, UI, AI prompt templates, documentation) are and remain the exclusive property of Techviron. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your paid subscription.
10. Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard or by emailing admin.techviron@gmail.com.
- We may suspend or terminate your account with or without notice for violation of these Terms, abuse of the service, non-payment, or to comply with law or Meta's directions.
- Upon termination, access to the dashboard will end and we will delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techviron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Techviron, its officers, employees and affiliates from any claim, loss, damage, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights (including Meta's policies).
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through discussion.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the dashboard. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
