Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial — you add your payment method at signup, but you're only charged on day 8 if you don't cancel. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and billed monthly via Razorpay. Applicable taxes (GST) are added at checkout where required. Cancel any time — see our refund & cancellation policy.

What's included in every plan
Billing details
- Payments are collected by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card / UPI details.
- Accepted methods: UPI, credit and debit cards (Visa / Mastercard / RuPay / Amex), net banking, wallets (PhonePe, Paytm, Amazon Pay), and EMI where eligible.
- Plans renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access remains active until the end of the paid period.
- GST / tax invoices are emailed to your registered email address within 24 hours of each successful payment.
- Prices exclude taxes unless explicitly mentioned. Final amount with taxes is displayed on the Razorpay checkout screen.

FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan includes a 7-day free trial. You add a payment method (card / UPI / net banking) at signup, but your card is not charged during the trial. You can cancel any time before day 7 and you won't be billed. If you don't cancel, your selected plan auto-starts on day 8.
Why do you need my payment method upfront?
It lets us skip lengthy KYC during signup and gives you an uninterrupted handover from trial to paid plan. It also helps us keep abuse and fake accounts out of the platform — which keeps pricing low for genuine salons like yours.
What happens if I exceed my monthly AI reply limit?
Auto-reply temporarily pauses for the rest of the month while manual replies keep working. You can either upgrade your plan mid-cycle (pro-rated) or wait for the limit to reset on the next billing date.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from the dashboard. See our refund & cancellation policy for pro-ration details.
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business API access?
Yes. You connect your own WhatsApp Business and Instagram business accounts. We help you onboard during setup. Meta's own conversation / template charges (where applicable) are paid directly to Meta and are not part of your AILIORA subscription.
Is my data safe?
All data is encrypted in transit, stored in a secure PostgreSQL database, and accessible only to your account. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
