Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations and subscription changes work for AILIORA. It applies to all paid plans purchased through our website or dashboard via Razorpay.

1. What you are paying for

AILIORA is a digital subscription service. When you subscribe to a paid plan we grant you access to the dashboard, AI auto-reply features, WhatsApp/Instagram integrations, booking management and any other features listed on the Pricing page for the billing period you paid for.

2. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing admin.techviron@gmail.com.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to paid features until that date.
  • We do not charge any cancellation fee.
  • After cancellation we will not automatically renew or charge your payment method again.

3. Refunds

Because AILIORA is a digital service delivered instantly upon payment, our general policy is that payments are non-refundable once the subscription has been activated. However, we will issue a refund in the following cases:

  • Duplicate / accidental payments — if you were charged twice for the same period or billed after cancellation, email us within 7 days and we will refund the extra amount in full.
  • Unavailability of the service — if a verified outage on our side prevents you from using core features for more than 72 consecutive hours during a paid period, we will refund a pro-rated amount for the unavailable days.
  • Billing error — if you can prove that an incorrect amount was charged due to a pricing or technical error on our side.
  • First-time subscribers (goodwill refund) — if you cancel a monthly plan within 7 days of your first payment and have not used the service materially, we may at our discretion refund the amount in full.

Refunds are not provided for: change of mind after the refund window; non-usage of the service; Meta disabling your WhatsApp / Instagram account due to your policy violations; failure to comply with our Terms of Service; or account termination for cause.

4. How to request a refund

  1. Email admin.techviron@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request".
  2. Include your registered email, salon name, Razorpay order / payment ID and reason for the request.
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and respond with a decision within 7 business days.
  4. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect in your bank / card statement within 5–10 business days after processing.

5. Upgrades & downgrades

  • Upgrading to a higher plan: the price difference is charged immediately and pro-rated for the remainder of the current billing period.
  • Downgrading to a lower plan: takes effect from the next billing period. No refund is issued for the unused portion of the higher plan.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to immediate suspension of your account and recovery of the disputed amount plus any bank-imposed fees.

7. Physical shipping

AILIORA is a 100% digital service. We do not ship any physical products. Access to the service is provisioned electronically and is available to you as soon as payment is successfully processed.
