User Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how you can request deletion of your personal data from AILIORA, including any data we have received through the WhatsApp Business API or the Instagram Messaging API. This page exists to satisfy Meta's Platform Terms requirement for a public user data deletion URL.

Option 1 — Email us

Send an email to admin.techviron@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • The email address registered with your AILIORA account.
  • Your salon / business name.
  • (For end customers who messaged a salon on WhatsApp / Instagram) Your WhatsApp phone number or Instagram username, and the name of the salon you interacted with.
  • A short statement confirming that you want your data deleted.

We will verify the request, delete all personal data associated with you — including any data received from Meta — and confirm the deletion by email within 30 days.

Option 2 — Delete from your dashboard

If you are a salon owner, you can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the AILIORA dashboard:

  1. Log in at https://ailiora.techviron.com/login.
  2. Go to Dashboard → Setup and scroll to the Danger Zone at the bottom.
  3. Click Delete my account, type DELETE MY ACCOUNT to confirm, and submit.
  4. Your salon profile, services, staff, message history, bookings and Meta platform data are removed immediately and permanently through cascading database operations.

What gets deleted

  • Account credentials (email, hashed password).
  • Salon profile data (name, hours, branding, policies, about, FAQs).
  • Services, staff, pricing, availability and configuration.
  • All messages exchanged via WhatsApp or Instagram through AILIORA, including sender IDs, push names, message text and timestamps.
  • Booking records created through the platform.
  • Auto-reply rules and AI configuration.
  • Stored WhatsApp / Instagram access tokens and Page / Phone Number IDs.

What does NOT get deleted automatically

  • Data on Meta's servers: WhatsApp and Instagram also store copies of conversations on Meta's infrastructure. To delete those you must contact Meta directly through the Meta Help Center.
  • Payment records: Razorpay transaction logs are retained by Razorpay for statutory periods required under Indian tax and anti-money-laundering law. These records contain only payment metadata, not your salon or customer data.
  • Audit / legal holds: Backups and anonymised logs required to comply with law enforcement or legal proceedings may be retained for the minimum period required.

Customers of a salon (not the salon owner)

If you are an end customer who messaged a salon through WhatsApp or Instagram and want your conversation deleted from AILIORA, you can:

  • Ask the salon directly to delete your conversation from their dashboard, or
  • Email admin.techviron@gmail.com with your number / handle and the salon name. We will verify and delete your records.

Response time

All verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days. In most cases deletion happens within 48 hours. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
